Message from the Founder:
Why ME@NLAW and the Hidden Meaning of the "Owl"
Greetings, I am Thitawan Teankasiri (Ta-Nai Mean).
Allow me to briefly introduce myself. I have accumulated over 10 years of experience as an In-house Lawyer, along with additional experience in litigation practice. These paths have allowed me to learn diverse legal aspects and deeply understand the needs of the business sector. Furthermore, I have learned one important truth:
“The world of law is not just about statutes and Supreme Court judgments, but it is about understanding.”
From Trust to the Beginning of ME@NLAW Originally, I had no intention of opening my own firm. However, the turning point occurred when I resigned from my previous position and found that many clients still trusted me and requested that I continue to oversee their cases until completion.
Why ME@NLAW? In addition to "MEAN" being my nickname, the symbol "@" which I chose to replace the letter 'A' holds significant meaning. It communicates Technology and modernity, as I believe the modern legal circle must keep pace with the world to provide rapid and accurate assistance to clients.
The "Owl" Philosophy (Why not the "Scales of Justice"?) Many may be surprised that our logo is an "Owl holding a law book" instead of the scales found in general law firms. The reason stems from my identity and work principles;

WISDOM
"Beyond legal codes. I integrate multi-disciplinary knowledge and real-world understanding to provide solutions that work in practice, not just on paper."

FACT-FINDING
"Litigation is navigating the dark. I prioritize deep fact-finding to uncover hidden truths, ensuring you have the clear vision needed to win."

PRECISION
"Pinpointing irregularities with surgical precision. My expertise in fraud detection ensures every detail is audited to fully protect your interests."
"Litigation is navigating the dark. I prioritize deep fact-finding to uncover hidden truths, ensuring you have the clear vision needed to win."
The Lesson from One Orange The reason I do not use the image of the "Scales" is because I once had the opportunity to attend a negotiation course and received a valuable lesson from the question:
“Two children are fighting over one orange; how do you divide it?”
The answer is not cutting it in half to be equal (which seems fair). The correct answer is to ask first what they want the orange for. One might just want to eat the flesh, while the other might want the peel to make sweets. This taught me to always realize that
"True justice begins with listening and understanding intent,"
not by imposing an outsider's framework of justice to judge on their behalf. Therefore, I chose not to use the scales because I believe in listening and thoroughly understanding the problem rather than making hasty judgments.
Intention Reflected in the Logo The colors "Blue - White" symbolize honesty and transparency. The "edgeless" shape of the logo conveys work flexibility and serves as a reminder that I uphold honesty, integrity, and straightforwardness as the heart of my practice, ensuring that clients receive the most accurate and fair information.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to read until the end. If you have any legal issues, I am ready to listen and provide consultation with full willingness. If there is anything you would like to suggest or critique, please feel free to tell me directly so that I can further improve my services.
Thank you,
