Cancellation Policy
1. This service is limited to no more than 1 hour/month. If the time exceeds this limit, the Company will charge for the excess starting from the first minute, and the Company will notify you in advance before the time limit is reached. 2. Regarding the format of the consultation report, including the information appearing in the report, the Company reserves the sole right to determine the format at its discretion, except for notifications to correct factual errors. 3. The above steps may be subject to change as appropriate, and the Company will inform you before changing the steps.
